What to expect in this blog

In this blog, we are not going to focus much on the technical stuff like "the Steps to Owning your Home" or "What criteria are the bankers looking for to approve your housing loan?". We are not gonna tell you what you can find out from some specifically qualified professionals such as lawyers, architects or a bank officer.

I would say "Commentary" is what we wish to convey here. We will be pretty straightforward in expressing our thoughts and perceptions in all our following posts. Whether it's on general market overview, certain type of properties, certain location and etc., we will add in comments, which you might agree or disagree with, based on our combined knowledges and experiences gained in this field for many years.
